The XXVII edition of “Las Edades del Hombre” takes place between June and November 2024 in Villafranca del Bierzo and Santiago de Compostela with the title ‘Hospitalitas’.

Hospitality is the protagonist of the exhibition, and its narrative recovers the primitive concept of solidarity and its evolution to the present day. This theme is also closely linked to the pilgrims’ path that unites these two towns.

Works by Juan de Juni, Gregorio Fernández, Luisa Roldán, El Greco, Luis Salvador Carmona, Venancio Blanco, and Vela Zanetti are featured in the exhibition in the church of Santiago and the Collegiate Church of Santa María and in the Cathedral and the monastery of San Martín Pinario in Santiago de Compostela.
